Nanara is run by sisters Safiyah and Maimuna, brought together by a shared commitment to care, trust and supporting families. Safiyah brings hands-on childcare experience; Maimuna brings a background in recruitment, project management and a lifetime of working with children and communities, from teaching in Japan and volunteering in Nepal.

Together they built Nanara to be the kind of service they’d trust themselves - personal, considered, and genuinely invested in people. Every nanny is enhanced DBS-checked and carefully selected, but what we look for most is character: kindness, reliability and trust.
